Stayed in this hotel for one night on 18th Feb 2024 with family in a studio room. Horrible experience. Frequent power cuts every 5 minutes. AC was not working in the room.Worst part was water was also not there in the morning. After shouting at them, they supplied a bucket of water. Pathetic. No water till 11 am and one can imagine our plight. AC was not working in restaurant and no fans. Service is poor and no one lifts the phone in reception. Pathetic hotel. Strictly avoid.

Excellent service and hygienic and wahida breakfast service staff and all the dinner staff sushanth , naik , kethana, sandya and all were always smiling and very friendly…Rooms are well maintained and cleaned periodically. Overall its excellent.
